to the online renewal.

Person Membership: $25.00 annual renewal + $1.25
processing charge)
(Two
Person Membership: $50.00 annual renewal + $2.50
processing charge)
(Three
Person Membership: $75.00 annual renewal + $3.75
processing charge)
(Four
Person Membership: $100.00 annual renewal + $5.00
processing charge)
- Step
1 -Select 1 - 4 members from the dropdown based on
the number of people in your household.
- Step 2 - Enter the street number and street
name of your address in Landmark.
Make sure you enter this information or else
the HOA may not be able to determine who the payment
came from.
- Step 3 - Click on the Buy Now button. PayPal
processing will accept PayPal payments as well as
popular credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, and Discover).
